Before You Contact Us
Dovetail agents run inside your Microsoft 365 environment, so often issues relate to tenant settings or permissions. Please check:
- You have the correct Microsoft 365 Copilot licences or Pay-as-you-go policies in place.
- Required permissions are granted (Entra ID, Graph scopes).
- Your organisation’s security policies allow the agent to run.

Security & Privacy
Your data stays in your Microsoft 365 tenant. We don't have access to your data and do not use customer data for model training.
